Dutch please! How can I translate a Youtube video to another language?

At HowTutorial.com I answer How To questions. In this case, a Facebook friend from Holland can’t understand the english language youtube video I posted. So I created this video IN ENGLISH to show her what she can do about it. Aren’t I clever? Well she does understand some english, so I hope this does actually help.
